    Fact-base review

Two to three days. We build the verified account of your business.

  3. 03

    Private report delivered

Every gap, every fix — yours to act on.

Instant partial preview

How ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude describe you today. This is a partial view. Full findings are available on request.

Chances are, someone in your category has already asked. We've run this review across dozens of firms who never mentioned it to their competitors. If you'd rather know than wonder, start here.

Don't wait

Every month this goes unchecked, the gap moves.Rarely in your favour.

Before you ask

The audit, answered plainly

A written review of how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity currently describe, cite and recommend you: where you appear, where a competitor appears instead, any false or unverifiable claims being made about you, the citation sources the assistants lean on, and a prioritised list of fixes ordered by the difference they will make.

Within five working days of the brief being confirmed. Observation runs across a full prompt cycle, so the findings reflect repeated behaviour rather than a single lucky or unlucky answer.

A principal replies personally, usually the same working day, to confirm your category, the buyer questions worth watching and any competitors to include. Nothing is automated and nothing is added to a mailing list.

No. The audit is a one-off at £495 / $650 and stands alone. If the findings warrant sustained work, an engagement is discussed separately — and only where the category is still open.

No. Reports are private to you, and we do not publish client names.

02 — The situation

An entire buying conversation is happening without you in the room.

Before anyone reaches your site, they've already asked an assistant who's worth trusting in your category. A shortlist gets drawn. Prices get quoted. Claims get made about you — some of them wrong — and none of it appears in any dashboard you own.

Most brands find out indirectly: quiet outreach, softer close rates, a competitor appearing in deals they were never invited to. The channel is invisible. The revenue effect is not.

We won't lay the whole machine out on a public page. But the short version is this: we can see that conversation, and we can change it.

03 — Capability

What we hold. Not how we hold it.

Enough to know whether we're the right room to be in. The rest is covered under engagement.

  • 01

    Composite standing

A single defensible number for how present you are where it counts.

  • 02

    Four-engine observation

The major assistants, watched in parallel, on real buyer language.

  • 03

    False-claim detection

Statements made about you that aren't true — surfaced, evidenced, and pursued through the proper correction pathways.

  • 04

    Corrective assets

Published material engineered to move the answer. Format withheld.

  • 05

    Source gap mapping

The third parties the machines lean on, and the route to being cited.

  • 06

    Citation building

Placement of verifiable, corroborating material across the sources an assistant actually weighs. A small number of the right mentions outweighs a large number of the wrong ones.

  • 07

    Recommendation share

How often it's you versus everyone else. Measured, not guessed.

  • 08

    Assisted-discovery tracking

Arrivals originating from an assistant, attributed properly.

  • 09

    Capture instrument

A quiet lead mechanism placed on your side of the fence.

  • 10

    Principal reporting

Board-ready, your marque, no working detail exposed.

  • 11

    Readiness assessment

What the crawlers actually take away from your estate.

  • 12

    Scheduled re-observation

Position is not static. Neither is the watch.

  • 13

    Readiness signals

Crawlability, structure, schema, answer-readiness and fact density — checked across your estate.

  • 14

    AI Traffic

A tracking instrument placed on your site. Every visit referred by an AI platform, every crawler pass that reads you — logged, and shown against your top landing pages.

  • 15

    Hallucination correction

Where an assistant states something about you that simply isn't true. Found, and pursued through the proper correction pathways.

04 — In practice
i

Standing, in one number

A composite figure that survives a boardroom. It moves when the work lands and it doesn't move when nothing happens — which is exactly why we use it. Tracked over time, broken down by engine, defensible under questioning.

The competitive field, exposed

Side by side against everyone the machines put in front of your buyer — including the names you've never heard. Position stops being an abstraction and becomes a number with a gap attached to it.

Things said about you that aren't true

Every answer is checked against a verified account of your business. Wrong pricing, invented features, retired policies. Flagged by severity, then pursued through the correction pathways available to us — the evidence, the sources and the channels that shape what gets said next.

Flagged statements
HighClaim contradicts source of truth
MedOutdated detail repeated across engines
LowAttribution missing on cited source
Correction pathways issued privately to client.

From a domain to a position

You give us an address. We build the fact base, identify who you're actually competing against in the answer layer, and assemble the question set that matters to revenue. No spreadsheets on your side.

v

The questions that precede a purchase

Not vanity phrasing. The specific things a buyer types minutes before they commit — best-in-category, is-this-legitimate, this-versus-that. Generated against your commercial objective and re-run on schedule.

Visits, not guesses

A small piece of code, placed once. From then on, every arrival referred by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude is logged — not inferred from a spike in traffic you can't explain. Alongside it, every crawler pass: which pages the machines actually read, and how often. You stop wondering whether the work is landing. You watch it happen, on your own analytics, under your own roof.

What it buys you

The pages an assistant sends people to, and the pages it merely reads. Two very different things — no longer guessed at.

05 — Scope of cover

Fourteen disciplines. Held in one hand, run as one engagement.

This is the ground we cover on your behalf. What sits underneath each of them stays between us and the work.

Covered · A

Estate readiness

How your site reads to a machine, not a person.

We assess the whole estate from the crawler's side of the glass — structure, evidence density, how answerable each page actually is, and how fresh it looks. Findings come back ranked by consequence and written in plain language, so the decision is commercial rather than technical.

What it buys you

You learn what to fix first, and why it costs you.

06 — Method

Four movements. Only two of them are visible from outside.

  1. Step 01

    Briefing

A short, private conversation. We establish fit before anything else.

  2. Step 02

    Observation

We watch the answer layer around your category without touching it.

  3. Step 03

    Intervention

The part we don't describe in public. It runs quietly and continuously.

  4. Step 04

    Account

Monthly, under your marque. Movement, cause, and what happens next.

07 — Proof

We don't name clients.
That's rather the point.

The audit tells you where you stand.
The engagement is how you stay ahead of it.

08 — Engagement

We take on a small number of brands each quarter.

Audits are available on request. Engagements are not. Every review we run stands alone — private, and yours to act on however you choose. Ongoing engagement is different. We take on one per category, per quarter, because sustained advantage only holds if we're not building it for your nearest competitor at the same time.

Includes a tracking instrument on your site — every AI-referred visit and crawler pass, logged from day one.

Engagements start from £1,500 / $1,950 per month. Scope set at briefing.

No newsletter. No sequence. One reply, from a person.

09 — Questions

Common questions

Will this mean changing my website?
Not necessarily. Findings can be handed to your existing developer or agency to implement — we don't need site access to deliver the audit.
Does this replace SEO?
No. It reinforces it — the same evidence and structure that earns citations in an AI answer is what search engines reward too. Most of the audit's fixes improve both simultaneously.
What if I already work with a marketing agency?
That's fine, and expected. Most clients do. We hand findings to your existing team to implement, or implement them ourselves if you'd rather — either way, we're not replacing anyone.
How is the audit different from the free scan?
The free scan flags that gaps exist. The audit shows you exactly what they are — every citation gap, every false claim, every prompt where a competitor is being recommended instead of you — with a prioritised fix list ordered by commercial impact, not just a list of issues.
