Data you give us through the enquiry and audit request forms: name, work email address, company name and the content of your message.

Limited technical data generated when you use the site, such as pages requested and approximate location derived from IP address, used only to keep the site secure and functioning.

To respond to your enquiry and to deliver any audit or engagement you request. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or performance of a contract where work has been agreed.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquiries to a marketing list without an explicit request.

Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, including our email delivery provider, website hosting, and Stripe for payment processing.

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months after the engagement ends, then deleted. Invoice and payment records are retained for 6 years in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements.
